In meiner Arbeit ist mir wichtig, Menschen zu empowern und für sich und andere einzustehen. Strukturelle Aspekte werden einzubezogen! Ich arbeite diskriminierungs- und traumasensibel. In meinen Räumen lade ich dazu ein, sowohl nach Komfort, Mut, aber auch unbequemen Aspekten zu suchen. Als weiße Person bin ich mir meines privilegierten Status bewusst. Daraus ziehe ich die Verantwortung, für eine Welt einzutreten, in der alle Menschen unabhängig von Hautfarbe, Geschlecht, Herkunft, Fähigkeiten, Raum für ihr Sein und ihre Kreativität haben und sich gleichzeitig bewusst darüber sind, das wir als Menschen soziale Wesen sind, die miteinander Prozesse aushandeln müssen.
Körperarbeit eröffnet Dir verschiedene Möglichkeit, mit Dir in Kontakt zu kommen, aber auch Dich selbst weiter kennenzulernen oder auch bestimmte Thema zu bearbeiten.
Oft enthält Körperarbeit Berührung. Diese Berührung ist immer aufmerksam und im Konsent. Eine Einzelarbeit muss nicht, kann aber Berührung enthalten.

How is it possible for us to meet others at eye level, find freedom of choice and express creativity? What are the obstacles and how can they be overcome?
It is important to me in my work to empower people and to stand up for themselves and others. Including structural aspects and being as sensitive as possible to discrimination and trauma is important to me. In my spaces, I invite people to look for comfort, courage, but also uncomfortable aspects.How is it possible for us to meet others at eye level, find freedom of choice and express creativity? What are the obstacles and how can they be overcome?
It is always about coming into contact with oneself in one’s own complexity and exploring the relationship to the environment. My background in dance has a focus on contact improvisation (CI). CI is a dance form in which two or more dancers are connected and/or share weight through a point of contact.
